We have simmed through 10 years of gameplay to see who turns into a Superstar in FM23, and then looked at the players on the cheaper side. You should, depending on your save, be able to pick up each player for between £10-20 million or less.
Some of the best cheap players in FM23 include tall German forwards, exciting South American strikers, the next Norwegian sensation and possibly the next Manuel Neuer.
