Hello everyone!
Hope you are all well and I will now bring the update to my story. After our best trophy winning season last year I am still dissapointed with the penalties that continue to cost me! But thats behind us so lets move on.
The new season began with me doing what I always do, sending scouts trying to sell players etc after a few day I received this is my news! Just have a look :
As you can see the team that beat me in the champions league were after me! The money involved was well incredible, offering me £180,000 pounds a week!
Just wish this was real life!!! :D
The Chelsea squad is a fantastic squad the transfer money was enough for me to sign a few players. I must admit it was tempting, a chance for me to sample another style of football.
I thought long and hard before making my final choice but I didnt regret the one I made!
I stayed!
My aim in this game was to stay at a club for 20 years and I am determined to do that. Chelsea was tempting but I have unfinished business with Real Union, I must win back our champions league title!
As always I got rid of a few players that I felt had no real chance of first team football. So lets have a look at the players out this season :
Players Out :
Mikel Pena was sold with a heavy heart, I really liked him he came through the acadamy at 16 and still remains Union’s youngest ever goal scorer at 16 years and 121 days. He also scored 161 times in 440 games but we now have good options upfront and his playing time would be limited.
A good price though and a new start for him.
Three payed loans with Saenz and Simon both acadamy players, he went to Real Madrid but as a backup player not a starter! Weber got a bit home sick so loaned him back to Germany his native country to help his development and also to make him happy again.

Oleg Kuzmin
With Romero now 37 and Gauchino a little unpredictable at times I acted fast to bring in a new young and promising goalkeeper. With my new Eastern European scout he found me this player and I spent little time in bringing him to Spain.
I payed £800k so very cheap and as you can see I quickly loaned him out so he could get some first team experience. One for the future I hope.
Berk Celik
Welcome the first ever Turkish player to play for Real Union. I payed £4 million to Galatasary for this tall but quick centre back. I felt we needed another player in their but someone who could compete right away, I feel Celik will do that.
Am really pleased as we held of Inter Milan for his signature and we didnt have to pay an over the top wage for him. Really pleased with this signing.
Thats about it in terms of Real Union news I stayed which I am pleased with but I may move in the future. Will just have to see what happens!
Now onto my National side I am managing Brazil. We are currently trying to qualify for the 2026 world cup finals and the South American section is one of the hardest in my opinion.
But Brazil have enough quality but the expectations are sky high! A win just isnt good enough at times so lots of pressure involved. Here are the results :
6 more wins but two were not good enough according to my spokes man!
We comfortably beat Ecuador 3-0 but just sneaked a win away at Chile a really tough place to win. The fans apparantly were unhappy we didnt win 5-0 but at times fans can get a bit deluded! A win is win so I was happy with that!
We then beat major rivals Argentina to the delight of the fans and press but I was back under pressure after we almost let a 3-0 lead slip against Uruguay who went on to miss an 87 minute penalty which would have made it 3-3!
Columbia was one of those wierd games in which we created over 30 chances had about 14 clear cut openings and they had 3 and scored 3. But we still managed to score six to the delight off our fans!
We finished this little section with a 4-0 win over Paraguay and Vandinho scoring back to back hatricks! Amazing that he just cant break into the team at Real Union yet is scoring for fun for Brazil!
So ten games gone and ten wins, we have scored 33 times and conceed 8 with a great difference of 25 yet I still have work to do to win over the press and fans!
We are 11 points clear of 4 and automatic qualification and are 7 clear of major rivals Argentina.
Just a quick look at the top scorers and as you can see Vandinho leads the way with 12, he only played a handfull of games for me last year at Union but is key at Brazil. Felix is in the role of Castaignos I tried to buy him but they wouldnt sell.
So thats, another season at Union looms as we try again to win all the trophies we can. I will update as soon as I play and I hope you will still continue to follow my long journey!!!

Well done Ana, I’m happy that you decided to stay despite the tempting offer. That Turkish defender looks immense, he could really shine next season. You did very well with Brazil too, don’t listen to those moaners. Three points are three points, it doesn’t matter if you win 1-0 or 7-0, just get them to the World Cup. Good luck, get that Champions League!

@ Johnny — Thanks am glad I stayed too. Just still havnt felt like I have achieved all I can. I wish the Brazil board agreed! I am right on track and am really happy managing Brazil, I can now see the lure of international football!!

Hi Ana, thats a real compliment to be offered the Chelsea job. You did the right thing turning it down though. You can leave Real Union whenever you want but you can’t go back. You haven’t invested much in the transfer market, but as I recall you have a solid squad anyway. Well good luck with the new season and well done on some great results with Brazil.

Obviously ur an aamazing manager but i think that the turkish defender doesnt look so hot…what was the scout report because as a central defender his marking and concentration is only 11 and at 23 hes not so young!

Hi Ana, i applauded your commitment to Real Union. The offer was tempting but i think your fans must be delighted that you decided to stay. Your squad is already strong enough so its understandable why you opt for those quality youngster. Well done with Brazil too without losing any of the games.

Out of curiosity, what is Real Union paying you? In some saves, I try to play as realistically as possible, meaning I’ll jump ship if a huge contract comes my way. However, after the amount of time you’ve invested in Union, I can certainly understand sticking around and at least finishing out the 20 years.

@ Darren — Thanks, yeah my style isnt to spend too much money rather scouting promising talent or using my acadamy but my squad is still very strong. Your right I just dont want to leave yet!
@ Sears — Ha! Yeah just annoys me that I am unbeaten in qualification and still they dont like me! But I knew the pressure when I took it!
@ Ringothestar — Oh, thank you! They told me he would be a leading star in la liga and his current is a good signing. My scout is very dependable with 19 and 20 for Judgement.
23 is still fairly young so hopefully he can improve in both the stats you mentioned. Krystov had similar stats and he has been fantastic for me!
@ Laxeyman — Thanks! Its my first real go at international management and so far am really enjoying it. Am also looking forward to managing in the world cup!
@ Lye — Thanks, I really was tempted but like I have said I dont feel like I have achieved everything quite yet.
@ Kevin — Thanks also! My Brazil team have taken to my Union formation so well. The results have been mixed despite not losing and we do ship alot of goals! But hopefully I can set things right!
@ fireinside — At the moment its £76,000 a week. If I was playing a regular game I would have left but I set myself the goal of 20 years in charge and decided to try and achieve it!
Plus I am loving the club, and loving managing them so its wasnt to hard to say no to Chelsea! :)

I use my own formation. Its a sort of 4-3-3 with two wingbacks, a defensive midfield player, two central midfield players and an attacking midfielder.
I can share it with you if you would like.
