New Season, New Players
Ok, in this post I will show my new players signed for our first ever season in La Liga!
The New Players.
I was a little dissapointed that they only gave me £4.5 million to strengthen my squad with, but then again we are a tiny club so they probably took a huge risk in giving me that!!
I only let go of players, none left for money so no real point in showing you that, instead have a look at my 3 record signings!:)
My first signing broke our transfer record at almost a million pounds! Also some clauses in their too but thats confidential!:D
So lets have a look at him :
Martin Galvan
Very talented and at only 18, has a great future. Should provide cover this season but definatly a star in the making. Have big hopes for him!
Fernando Guerrero
With Gaitan now almost 35 we needed some youth to replace him, and I believe this player can do it. Well rounded player with good stats should give us some added quality out wide only cost £725k pounds should be a star in my team.
Andrej Kramaric
My third young and talented signing, this player is from Croatia. Again a million payed plus some clauses means he will lead the line this season. A lot rests on his young shoulders but I am confident is his ability to shine this season.
Just to let you know that three non EU numbers are allowed, so with Herrera, Mora and Kramaric, Galvan will have to wait to play. However Herrera is very close to get his Spanish citizenship so Galvan will get his number when he does.
Expectations and Odds
Well its pretty obvious what the board want! Fight bravely against relegation. The odds for us winning the league are quite good !!:)
Means if you put a £100 pounds on us and we do win the league you will get almost £500,000 pounds back! Ok, jokes aside we face a real struggle this season and am worried about our defense.
But I will do what I have always done, attack! Hopefully we can outscore the opposition very risky I know but we have no money left to build on the defence so we have little choice.
Our first game is away at Getafe, but it feels really good to have such a small club in this league. Our squad I believe is good enough to survive but it is also quite small. Staying injury free will be a huge bonus, but I fear that we will struggle when players eventually fall to the treatment room.
A long tough season ahead, can we survive? Fingers crossed!:D

Some smart signings there, looking to build your own superstars. Even if you can’t keep them in the club their value will explode with constant playing time.
I’m confident that you’ll manage to keep the team up!

Hi Ana, good signings there, especially the striker and Galvan, he develops into a good player. Good luck for the season, it will be tough but I’m confident you can stay up!

Hi Ana, 4.5 millions is indeed not much for your transfer dealings. But if you can keep the club up, i can foresee good things coming. I know you can do it. Good luck

@ Majk — Thanks! My idea exactly! Younger players are usually cheaper and like you said if things go wrong I can sell them at a higher price!
@ Laxeyman — Thanks! Galvan is a little young so he will take some time to develop but am pleased with all my signings. Wish I could have found a defender but my budget ran out!!

@ Micheal — Thanks, Yeah I feel we needed to spend to give us a hope of survival. Am really pleased with all the players I have bought!:)
