They all look really good apart from the one where they are selling the abilities to be a better manager by removing loans and transfer windows

Whoops, hit submit too quickly, has been talk of a demo for this year? I hadn’t played FM in a few years, but FM12s demo really helped to bring me back.

I love the idea of playing as a director.

There will surely be a demo, they usually release it a couple of weeks before the full game.

This looks awesome! Can’t wait until it will be available in stores, hopefully in late october!

I really like the enhanced staff roles and new player displays.

    I can’t say I’m a huge fan of the DLC however . . .

    Overall the game looks phenomenal!

Ooh the match screen also looks a lot more useful. I like it a lot more than reading what’s on the bottom of the screen.

I think you can have that right hand side window in FM 2012 as well and it was in FM 2011 too if I remember correctly.

Really?! How can I access it?

          Wow, I can’t believe I never knew!

There is a menu called Match Day Info, top right when you are in the match viewer. Select the windows that you want to see during a match and that’s that.

Its going to be a long few months waiting for my new toy :) Guess I’d better spend some quality time with the wife now as winter looks booked up :)

Now I want to play! The challenge mode looks like an attempt to make the game more accessible, throwing you right into the thick of things without that lengthy first pre-season. Sounds like a cool new way to start a long term game!

It’s looking pretty too with the neat grassy backgrounds and large icons, but as always I’m dying to see the engine in action, hopefully the simulation received a lot of love into making it more and more realistic :)

Miles said that there are quite a few improvements to the match engine, we’ll have to wait and see just how many. But I trust Miles and his team ;)

Wonder if the opposition scouting is going to give style/tempo information? (e.g. Soandso usually plays a counter-attacking game with lots of pressing zonal defense.)

All the new features look amazing, especially the revamped Coach Reports, however, I hope that isn’t the new interface on those screenshots as I don’t think it looks very modern. Last years interface was just fine so no need to completely revamp it with this new look, do not like it at all, but that’s my only gripe with it, the rest looks perfect and I cannot wait for this!! :)

It’s still work in progress and secondly you can always get custom skins to tweak the look and feel a bit if you don’t like the standard one.

Wives lock up your husbands, Judges’ open up your courtroom doors and bosses, prepare for dozens of suspicious «sick» calls, football manager is coming back! :)

Hm..i am pretty curious to see the FM classic mode which reduce a bit of playing time. Just hope it won’t dampen the excitement of playing. All excited about the game and the new features look really cool.

I think the Classic mode will be great if you don’t have much time to play. As long as they keep the transfers and the tactics into your hands the game can’t be anything but exciting.

I agree, the challenge mode should spice things up when you don’t know which team to manage :)

Personally the unlockables is not something I want at all. I want to sink or swim with whatever the rules are. It’s all part of the challenge for me.

The changes to the player profile look good, as it should allow more scope to provide more info in screenshots.

The training calendar may prove to be interesting too, depending on exactly how the feature works.

The unlockables are only for the quick (FM Classic) version, they won’t be in the normal full career mode as far as I know.
