Summary
Finding the balance between potential and instant impact upfront can be tough. 16-17 year old wonderkids may struggle for goals, but we can’t all wait 2-3 seasons for a 20-30 goal a season striker to develop. Gouiri offers the best of both worlds, great potential mixed with good current ability.
The Frenchman could start for most mid-table sides and at £13.5 million is worth a look. In my test save Gouiri developed 17 and above for dribbling, finishing, technique, off the ball, composure and gained amazing all round physical attributes.
A complete forward this kid can do it all, from creating to scoring. My kind of forward and a deadly addition.
