Interaction with staff and players has always been lacking, good to see its been improved

This was one of the areas I really wanted to see expanded, because the options have always been so limited, you end up hardly ever talking to the players unless things are going badly.

Hopefully this will be a huge improvement.

The best part must be been able to talk to staff when they are approached by another club…hopefully that will help us avoid losing our best members without offering a ridiculous contract.

Either way I can’t wait for October 19th!!!

Wow, board promises is included as well. Better remind myself when I’m managing a team here in FM 2013

I hope it has some impact on the game. To be able to talk to staff when they are approached by another club is surely a great feature.

Oh right, thought as much just no announcement was made. Are you planning on getting more scouts for fm 13?

Darren Smith

Not right now, I need to see how things go during FM13 then I will make a decision on whether we’ll get more scouts. The criteria for joining is getting tougher now so its tough to find the right people…I need to be sure any new scouts can brings something different and special in terms of what they find.

In the last games of FM interaction with the players, the staff and all the other people from the football world from the game became very important. Now the morale affects every player much more and that is normal, because is exactly like in reality ( when you are in a bad mood you can’t do anything well).
So in the last years morale became a crucial factor of the game, but the features were porr( in my opinion ) because there were many situations when you could do anything to boost the morale of a player.
Now I see that this part of the game has been improved and I like the new features, but I still have some doubts that there will be many possibilities to help a player when he is passing a bad period.
