You can download the shortlist by clicking on the picture below and after downloading place the file into My Documents>Sports Interactive>Football Manager 2011>shortlists. If you don’t have a «shortlists» folder in there you will have to create it yourself and then place the file into it. Then open your game, go to «shortlist» and import it. Then you should add the two Arsenal players manually (Jack Wilshere and Kyle Ebecilio), I couldn’t add them to the shortlist since I was managing the Gunners.
Depending on the database that you chose at the start of the game some of these players might not appear but I guess you’ll have at least half of these even if you’re playing with a small database. It took me two days just to write the post and another few days to complete the research for it so I really hope that you will find this piece of work useful.

Downloaded the test and put it in a newly created shortlist folder, but nothing appears in game. I saved a new shortlist of my own, yet it wasn’t on the drop down menu, but the file is in the folder. Am I looking in the wrong place in game, or is it just going mad? I’ve restarted the game multiple times.

In the game you have to go to the shortlist screen and then to import. If the files don’t appear in there just browse to the exact location where you have the «shortlists» folder.

I signed galeano in jan of the 1 st season and he was in the championship team of the year. In the perm now and his averaged rating is 7.5 and man city are trying to get him. I’ll scout the rest aswell, thanks for this Johnny

I think he might be a regen. Look at his career stats to see which is his starting club in 2010-2011, then we might know more.

It depends on the size of the database that you loaded at the start of the game. But it’s perfectly normal to miss some of the players unless you load a huge database.
