New FM 2012 Video: Conversations and Team Meeting

Hello folks, I’m happy to report that Miles Jacobson has released another video on the new features in Football Manager 2012 and, as usual, I’m bringing you the good news as quickly as possible! ;) Today’s video is about the new «tone system» in conversations (you already know that now there will be six different tones that you can use when talking to players) and also about the brand new «team meeting» module where you can speak to the whole team at once.

I’m quite happy with the prospect of the team meeting feature and looking forward to using that aggressive tone now and again :) What do you think about these features? I’m curious to find out your opinions. I bet I’ll need that aggressive tone quite a bit when playing as Blackburn! :) The team meeting feature looks great, I think I may be using that on a monthly basis.

Looks good, I really like the team meeting, adds a new dimension to the way you communicate with the players whilst managing them :)

Brilliant mate, thanks for that. I have always thought this needed to be included and especially the team meeting. The only problem with such detail is its very easy to have a negative effect with what you say. :)
