Reserve Games:

Middlesbrough first then, and as we had no keeper due to a Skunker injury the team did manage to grind out a draw. Bmwdestroyer and Yank getting the goals in the North East.

Sunderland next then, and again without a keeper we managed an unlikely home draw. Alex grabbing a brace for the patriots.

Two Jordie sides down, one to go as we faced Newcastle. Unfortunately again without a keeper, we sucumed to a loss with Alex grabbing the only goal as it ended 2-1.

Injury news now then, and we had a couple of small(ish) ones this month:

..And I got my first appearance, breaking a record a long the way :D

It’s time for the awards now and I’m glad to say we took a clean sweep!

McLean finishing first to claim the ‘Young Player of the Month’ award for September, with Crosby and Jenko rounding off the top three. Well done lads!

As well as that though, we did grab another award..

‘Young Player of the Month’ award for League One went to Samlar, with Sibo taking third! Glad to see people doing well at their respective loan clubs :)

Next month we start the ball rolling with a match against Wolves. Then trips to Aston Villa, West Ham and Everton will cap off a relatively competitive fixture list. Just hope we can get something against Villa and Everton who are looking very strong at the moment..

So that’s your lot for this episode boys and girls! Thanks for reading and as ever stick your comments in the box if you want anything doing to your little pixelated character ;)

Good wins against Sunderland and Nottingham Forest, in 5th spot too, European qualification might be achievable

Good again Excessive, the side is looking strong and I reckon that you’ll get a top half finish this season, due to the quality strength in depth you’ve got. Good luck!

Nicely done boss, very good results! And congrats on your debut between the sticks at Man City, I think Joe Hart should start packing his bags! :)

Some more great results mate, a shame to see my goalscoring slow down but hopefully its a minor drought :)

I reckon next month should set a target of six points.

It’s technically done on my behalf, although Johnny took it while I was away..

If you want to get better at the game, I suggest reading Johnny and Darren’s FM2011 handbook. You’ll get better advice in there than I could tell you on here ;)

Another good month excessive :) Some good results and a good effort against Man Utd. This season could get better and better for us :)

Also my first award :) with the quality of our squad we should be winning this award every month.

Nice runs and happy days! I finally see myself back on the team sheet, even if it’s reserves. What’s the rating cause it isn’t clear and I realized I got subbed. Hopefully that isn’t because of any thing other than stamina problems. If I’m back in I think I’ll stay up till January and from there I’ll decide what to do. No loan for now please!

Good good, like to see you fighting for your place!
6.9 rating against Newcastle before you were subbed on 50 mins due to fitness issues ;)
