Who else, but the legend that is. Co-Owner of the site, and master tactician Johnny Karp will be taking the team from now on! Not a bad transfer if I say so myself, and will most likely get the the FMS team into the Premier League this season, bar a massive catastrophe. Obviously, his little son is running around on the field, so no favouritism! ;)
Anyway, lets crack on with the reserve and U18 results over December..
Reserve Games:
We just cant seem to win against the blue half of Sheffield? A draw would be the result, with Rodrigo and Pepper on the scoresheet.
BOOM! Double figures against Guiseley Reserves that saw numerous names getting on the scoresheet. Smith grabbing 5 goals in the end with Rodrigo, Yank and an Alex hattrick sealing off the rout.
Last game of the year for the reserves and like the first team, they lost. Bmwdestroyer grabbing a brace before McLean got a consolation as they were spanked 5-3 at the hands of Hull.
U18 Games:
5th round of the youth cup, and the lads will be devastated by this loss. FMS going two goals to the good after Liam101 put the away side up, but a Hallam Hope brace made sure Everton knocked them out. What was even weirder, was that I went to high-school with Hallam being in my brother’s year (couple of years younger). Here is his profile:
Will make it pro, and one to look out for in the future ;)
Luckily, at least one of our teams managed to finish off the year with a win! A 4-1 battering of Hull at Patriots Park with goals from Liam101, Bushy and Matt.
No injury news to speak of so we will go straight to the awards this December!
Player of the Month saw FMS’s own Dezmo grab third place. He has been immense this month and fully deserves all the praise that comes his way. Though, I would have like to have seen him win it!
Nearly a clean sweep aswell on the Young player of the Month. Sears getting a well deserved third place while Dezmo rounded off the back again, with another bronze award for his efforts.
Next month we will see Johnny take charge, and encounter some tough fixtures including hosting Barnsley and Swansea. Leeds would normally be a hard one, but oddly they are staring relegation in the face as they languish down at the bottom of the table.
So that’s your lot from me, and FMS. Hope you have enjoyed my style of update, and I have tried to be as informational as I could without overdoing the length of the updates. I’m sure Johnny will cater to your needs though, so I would appreciate it if you barrage him with questions and messages to see if he can withstand the force of the community. Only joking, I know he can.

Don’t forget as well, that Darren will be continuing his analysis of the FMS squad and bringing you out an update soon. I for one, can’t wait for that either. It will be a busy week for the FMS story, but hopefully it will be one that put you lot first.

It seems I am quote the average defender despite my stats… sob… Boss please train me on my marking please. It’s horrid and I suspect it’s the prob because I don’t think I’ve got a rating more than 6.8 before meaning the defenders beat me easily. Try to make marking go up to 15 or so first then I want to work on my pace. Thanks boss.
