So as you know, the reserves and U18’s leagues kicked off midway through August so there will be scoreline updates on each of these throughout the season. Obviously I want to get as many of you informed about your player as possible as this is a community story.
Reserve Games:
First game was against Guiseley reserves, the non-league team getting smashed royally with Bushy getting a hat-trick, Jimmy bagging a brace and Sea getting just the one to round off an emphatic 6-0 win.
Again, much more of the same from the reserves as they hit Gateshead for 7! Liam101 and Kap sharing the 7 goals between them as the former got 4 and the latter got a hat-trick.
U18 Games:
The U18’s did one better than the reserves as they smashed Middlesbrough 8-0 away from home! Bushy getting half of the goals before Cruickshanks, Jimmy and Liam101 bagged one of their own to round off a memorable day for the kids from Scunthorpe.
First goal conceded for the month but still another emphatic victory for the reserve squads. Much more of the same as Bushy dominated the scoring charts adding another 3 goals while Jimmy added another. I have added Bushy into the squad and he did start for the first team against Swansea, lets just hope he can develop well and hold a place permanently.
Back to first team matters then and there has been some loan news:
Skunker has gone out on loan to Coventry for the season. When I offered him out, there were numerous clubs in for his signature but it was only Coventry that could offer first team football and I thought that this would help his development immensely. As for the other players, I’m offering you out to clubs but unfortunately im getting little response so I am going to hold you in the reserves for the time being so you can get some game time. If you want to request me to try again, just hit me up in the comments box! :)
Also, the training isn’t too bad.. I mean look at G!
Haven’t seen much better progression in training than that..
As for players ‘Wanted’, these are the clubs currently after the respective players:
Erick Wolf — Burnley/Derby/Forest
Dully — Bolton
Niller — Sevilla
Rodrigo — San Lorenzo
G — Pretty much every Championship club/Wolves
Jenko — Arsenal/Blackburn/Wolves
Wolfman — Gillingham/Napoli
Gupta — Burnley/Derby/Forest
Yank — Watford
Jean Paul Borg — Crewe
Again, if anyone wants to know who they are wanted by, I’ll tell you the respective clubs in the comment box :)
Lastly, its this months awards! There was only one name who made it into the awards for August and that was..
Pretty much deserved, but probably better than third place.
Next month, the mighty FMS will face Preston at Patriots Park to kick off the month before a couple of hard games at Q.P.R and at home to Cardiff…

That’s okay performances from me… Should try to improve. In September I played only one game for the reserves and got a 7.4, I think. Not bad in that.

I haven’t really had much play time I see. One match on the first team and I sucked in that game. To be fair the the whole defence did. 4-2 against Barnsley.
I just want to know my team status is since I’m not appearing for any of the teams.

Actually Niller, you have been on U21 international duty which is why I haven’t been playing you as often as I’d like. At the moment it is quite fierce competition on the wings, so you have to be patient to break into the first team.
Like I said though, its your player and if you want him to go on loan/be sold then its your choice ;)

Looks like we have started well in the League, even though we lost in the league cup a 1-0 defeat against Blackburn is still not bad. Maybe a early shout for the leagues overachievers this year?
Good posts both from yourself and Darren, could you maybe include pictures of the players stats at the end of every post for all three teams so we can see how we have been performing over the whole of the season.
Once again this has been a really good idea, cant waits for the next post :)
