The FM 2016 player profile of Samir shows a solid young central defender, with potential to become a first-team regular at big clubs. Granada are not willing to let him go since they have just bought him, so you will have to wait until the end of the first season before attempting a move.
In my test save he impressed Napoli while he was on loan at Verona, so he moved to Southern Italy for almost 15 million pounds. He established himself in the Napoli squad, making a good number of league appearances each season, with decent average ratings overall.
He is a strong central defender but reasonably quick as well, with very good mental attributes and also a decent set of skills when it comes to controlling and passing the ball. All in all I think he could do a very good job in any top team that needs to play with a ball-playing defender.
