The FM 2016 player profile of Niklas Sule shows a solid young central defender, with great ability at the age of 19 but also with good potential. The asking price at the start of the game is absurd, but I think there will be chances to sign him for a normal amount later on.
In my test save he spent a few seasons at Hoffenheim before Tottenham splashed 29 million pounds on him. It was a good investment though, as he immediately became the boss of their defence. He is a tall and strong lad but also reasonably quick for a man of his stature. He is almost unbeatable in the air and also developed excellent attributes for marking, tackling, anticipation and positioning.
