This FM 2016 player profile of Lincoln shows a true wonderkid, just 16 years old with fantastic vision and technical ability. For his age, Lincoln is an assist machine with some unusually high attributes in teamwork, flair and work rate. Playing from attacking midfield left the young Brazilian could also be trained through the middle. In my test save he became a complete playmaker with 15 and above in key technical areas, decent physique and amazing vision/mental stats.

Lincoln may not be the strongest nor defensively aware but he will get you goals as he did for Gremio and then Benfica. Lesser leagues maybe but 74 goals and 101 assists from 291 games is great and even more appealing for the bargain price of £2.1 million.
