This FM 2016 player profile of Jorge shows a wing back both deadly going forward and solid at the back. A little pricey during the first season, £24 million does seem too much however I have secured Jorge during the second season for £10 million a great price for one of the best left backs in FM16.
During our test save the Brazilian developed fantastic all round ability. He’s fast, strong, mentally ready, tough in the tackle and great at both dribbling and especially crossing. Add to this a wicked long shot and you have the complete wing back. Bar Gaya probably one of my favourite left wing backs this year.

Not fully, he can still get better than the screenshots shown but he is well developed in them.

All players that have -9,-9,5 and -10 potential if we play them in every single match in every season(for example play them in 30-34 out of 38 league matches in big leagues like BPL,LIGA BBVA,BUNDESLIGA or 26 out of 30 league matches in greek league)would they be fully developed and reach their full potential?

The very fact they are minus potential means there potential ability varies from save to save so its very hard to know when and if they hit full potential. Also, it doesn’t just come down to game time, you need the right coaches, facilities and to be playing the player correctly. Its not just about quantity of games its about difficulty and quality also. All you can do is develop them as best you can without your limits.

This guy is a juggernaut going forward, and a pure delight when he crosses. Assist machine. I play with Man Utd, and if not for the beast that is Shaw (at least on my save, where Shaw has won the Best Young Player in the World once and came second or third once, in 3 seasons), he would probably be the best LB in the game.
I regularly rotate between the two, and Jorge has now reached 4 stars ability and showing 4.5 potential. All this for just around 10 million euros including clauses. Total bargain.

Hey Darren. Im trying to figure out which is the best buy. Im looking for a wing back thats going to cause havoc down the left hand side and give me many assist from the crosses. I know both Jorge and Guilherme Arana can do that…but i have both transfers delayed trying to figure out who is the better buy between the two. Im getting Jorge for 22mil and Arana for 26mil so the money doesnt matter so much to me. Please help asap!

PS. i like wing backs that push the ball pass opponents when dribbling, and whip in a good cross
