This FM 2016 player profile of Jhon Arango shows a midfielder with massive potential and probably the cheapest wonderkid in FM16. First off, Arango will fail a work permit application but you can try again and send him out on loan meanwhile. He is also very hard to develop, due to his all round ability and CA Arango does under perform so its tough to offer first team football, therefore carefully selected loan moves are the way forward.
Get this right and you could have a right bargain. In my test save the midfielder developed great speed and physique as well as fantastic vision and technique. He can travel with the ball developing 15 and above for dribbling, technique, flair and composure. If he were millions to buy, I would stay away but for £5K you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.
