This FM 2016 player profile of Alessio Romagnoli shows one of the very best young defenders in FM16, a complete centre back with no weakness. Capable of starting for most top teams during the first season, Romagnoli develops amazing attributes and is very reliable. In my test save and almost all my saves he gained 17 plus for almost all the key defensive attributes. The kid can jump, is strong, fast, agile and possess great balance. The unflappable comes to mind when you add great composure, concentration and decision making.
Due to Milan just signing the young Italian you will struggle to have a bid accepted before 2016, thereafter he will be very expensive but an indispensable addition to any side.
