This FM 2015 player profile of Youri Tielemans shows a very talented young playmaker, with enough potential to become a real star in Football Manager 2015. Anderlecht are not willing to let him go easily, so you might have to prepare a good sum if you want to buy him at the start of the game. Considering his potential, I’d say he might be worth it.
In my test save he moved to Tottenham in January 2019 and proved his quality in the next season when he scored 9 goals. His future profile in October 2021 shows a playmaker with exquisite technique and also a very good shot from distance, great vision and flair plus decent speed. He should make a great playmaker for any top-flight club in Europe and beyond.

Tielemans has been worth every penny of those 12m pounds in my save. By age 20 he forced himself into first team appearances for my championship Liverpool side and contributed 10 goals and 10 assists in 35 appearances. His best role for me has been as an advanced playmaker/central midfielder. He is a creative force on offense. I can’t even imagine how much more of a beast he will be by age 25.

He’s getting himself injured almost every game for me.

Did his PA get nerfed in the latest patch? Definitely doesn’t seem like -10 anymore in my save…

Nope, he has the same PA. I’m pretty sure that there were no CA/PA changes in the patch, we should expect that in the transfer update in February.
