This FM 2015 player profile of Ryan Gauld shows a versatile young attacking midfielder with bags of potential, surely one of the most exciting young talents in the game. Unfortunately he was signed by Sporting in the summer of 2014, so you won’t be able to get a decent deal if you want to buy him at the start of the game.
In my test save he spent a few good seasons in Portugal before moving for almost 30 million to Atletico Madrid. His average ratings were above 7 throughout the save, I guess that says something about his reliability. It’s worth mentioning that he starts with natural ability to play both as AML and AMC and he can also successfully cover all positions in midfield.
The future profile shows a player with tremendous vision and superb technical skills, he should do loads of damage both from the wing and also from a central position.
