This FM 2015 player profile of Ruben Vezo shows a defender that always finds his way to the top clubs in Europe. In my save like many others Barcelona bought Vezo and failing to feature as a starter week in week out means I don’t have his full growth to show. However, the central defender has still developed with all the defensive attributes looking strong. As an added bonus Vezo is quick off the mark and very composed on the ball. He may have a weakness in heading ability but that is covered up by those mental attributes in positioning, anticipation and decision making.
An interesting player, maybe not worth £14.5 million but you should still keep an eye on him.

He’s spectacular in high-pressing systems with high defensive lines that don’t rely too much on defenders’ ability to win aerial duels etc. close to their own area in open play. Great in possession-based systems as he rarely ever has mental lapses.
