This FM 2015 player profile of Neal Maupay shows a poacher with an eye for goal and potentially scary physical ability. During my test save Maupay hit the higher reaches of his flexible potential and those physical attributes soared. He’s quick, agile and strong with good finishing, composure, off the ball movement and anticipation. This mixture culminated in 80 Ligue 1 goals from 107 appearances for Lyon.
The role of poacher definitely suits best but I also like him as an advanced forward. Just note Maupay’s flexible potential is lower than some of the best strikers so he may not be as brilliant in your save, scout well. If he does posses such potential in your save however, £7 million seems like a fair price.

I don’t think it would be worth the work, very few people would be interested, its the -9 and above most are interested in. We only profile the -8’s that have developed well in a few of our saves.
