This FM 2015 player profile of Julian Brandt shows an exceptional young left winger, already very good at the age of 18 but with much room left for development. This kid can become a superstar in Football Manager 2015. Obviously Leverkusen don’t even want to hear about selling him at the start of the game, so you will have to bide your time and wait for an opportunity to snatch him later on.
In my test save he remained at Leverkusen until 2020 when Real Madrid snapped him up. He did an amazing job right away in the Primera Liga, 15 goals in his first season. His future profile in October 2020 shows an absolute beast. He has tremendous dribbling, technique, first touch, he can even shoot effectively from distance. His physique is quite impressive as well, fairly strong and lightning fast. If you add good vision, off the ball movement and flair I guess you can understand why Real Madrid signed him. Moreover, he is equally adept at playing in the ML position.

How do you manage to increase his strength from 9 to 15?

Through training. Also, generally strength increases slightly with age for younger players.

Who do you think is the best — him, Draxler or Depay? I’ve got Depay but he’s dropped off loads since the update. I was thinking of this lad or Draxler. Who is the best out of them? Cheers

The update has nothing to do with Depay’s potential, it has not changed. His potential is flexible though, Draxler’s is fixed.
