This FM 2015 player profile of Joaquin Arzura shows a solid young defensive midfielder with decent starting ability and good potential. You can get him for just 4.5 million pounds at the start of the game but you should know that he won’t get a work permit to play in England.
In my test save he moved in Brazil to Santos before taking the leap to Europe at FC Porto. He became a first-team regular at the Portuguese giants, with solid performances throughout four seasons as his value went up to just above 14 million.
He developed excellent mental attributes along with good passing and tackling. He should make a reliable defensive midfielder.

Decent potential, but worth a profile only if he develops well enough in the test saves.
