This FM 2014 player profile of Charly Musonda shows a youngster with great potential but not an easy one to develop. Chelsea would let him go for a low fee at the start of the season but the player is unwilling to move right away.
He didn’t have the happiest of careers in my test save, mostly because Chelsea kept him sidelined for two whole seasons. Then they sent him on loan here and there before finally getting a definitive transfer to Reading. Despite that troublesome career he still developed pretty well for a 23-year old, even though what you see is just a fraction of what this kid can become.

I wouldn’t pay 10 mil either but the price might go down after a few months.
