Yeah depending on when you bid he can be bought for less, but Chelsea tend to bid this amount early on so you have to match it in most games.

I think poacher but he could do a multitude of roles, it depends on your tactic…if in doubt check his training or scout report.

He plays best as an AF accompanied with a really quick poacher with high off the ball ratings, the poacher moves the defenders around and Jovetic seizes the holes in the defence, I have him down playing with John Guidetti and the pair are lethal.

For someone with such excellent creative attributes, he didn’t get a lot of assists! That goalscoring record is pretty phenomenal though

Yeah but he wasn’t played to get assists, he will have been used as the focal point of attacks, hence the goals tally.

Pablo Sarabia starts off slow and finds it dificult to get settle in, it took him 3 seasons before he became unplayable. his skill and technique is fantastic and has made most goals down the left flank. Can score the odd goal but if you play him to take shots he will waste vital opportunities then score when you dont really need him to.

I’m in my 5th season with qpr and we are entering the champions league and I realised that we have guile in are midfield with maher and will Hughes rotating but there is no drive like how yaya toure does for city any recommendations I was thinking Andre ayew

Yeah I think Ayew would be perfect for that sort of role, there are few players with driving force and technique so Ayew should be top of the list.

Excellent stats for a complete forward. Well rounded. Can bang goals in and set some up with his great ancticipation, Creativity, and decisions as well as his passing and crossing.

Hello Daren, I am using your fluid tactic with Napoli. I want an AML inside forward to give Insigne some competition. Ive been offered Lamela and Jovetic for 15 million each. I can’t afford both though. Who do you reckon is best out of the two ? Thanks mate

In terms of dribbling and beating his man Lamela is great but Jovetic may finish more chance so I’d maybe sway towards Jovetic.

I would play Jovetic the same way I play neymar as an aml inside forward nd switching positions with my striker through out the game. Neymar finished my 7th season with 37 goals in 43 games. I reckon Jovetic could match that as I think they are the same type of player.

Not really sure on a driving force, there’s a lot of great MC’s that could do the role but not in the same fashion as Yaya, maybe try searcing for similar attributes to Ayew in your filter.

Have sold Nani 30m to spurs, Young to Ars 27m and Welbeck to Chelsea 23m, Got Ben Arfa 13m + 2m after 50apps, So now want an AML + STK…….Who’s ur recommendation

Not overally sure as I never use that role but the likes of Rafael from United might be worth a look and Vrsaljko certainly has the physical attributes.

Jovetic actually has 15 for injury proneness and while that is a little high he WON’T categorically be injured for half a season, you were unlucky, I have never seen him injured nor heard lots of complaints.

I don’t use an advanced forward so couldn’t comment from experience. Just find the key attributes for the role and then do a filtered search with those attributes set to what you think is required.

I have signed Jovetic for Spurs, planning on playing him IF from the left and Bale from the right. He was injured for 3-4 weeks in pre-season then came back into training and injured again.
I have a formation with AF as well so will try him there in Europa League as well and report back.

This guy frustrates me to no end. i’m sure it’s my fault but i can’t work out why. i’ve signed him in quite a few games and he never performs, i dropped him to the reserves after 3/4 of a season of very lack lustre performances and told him he was listed. played 1 game for the reserves and scores a hatrick. i promote him he scores 3 hatricks in a row in the prem then goes off the boil again. scratching my head lol

That is strange, could well be that you are playing him in the wrong role or that the mixture of his role and roles around him just doesn’t suit the player.

Play him as AF on his own with IFs — trust me, he’s immense. Signed him for West Ham in third season (I think) and took him a while to settle, but after that he went completely mental, scoring well over goal a game. Not got stats in front of me, but from memory he scored about 40 in one Prem season alone.
Set him to come deep and run with ball often, that way he just gets it, spins, hurtles about 30 yards and rifles it in. Can remember a few occasions where he picked the ball up on half-way line and you’re already thinking, ‘goal’.
He does get injured occasionally though, just have to manage him — stats are already high so doesn’t necessarily need intense training level.

bought him for 20 mill and only scores 6 goals in the season behind Defoe (11) and Soldado (9). New season began, 6 matches later, 0 goals. Bad singing, Zaha (20 years old) already have 5 and playing has his substitue.

Well he was ridiculously good in my save so maybe the positioning or tactic doesn’t suit him. Afraid we are not profiling for FM13 now as the new game is out.
