Not to be funny but I don’t see there been such a thing as a clinical deep lying forward, their job isn’t to be clinical they drop back and link up play, thats why I don’t like to use the role. Just search for the appropriate attributes required then search from there is my recommendation if you really want to use the role.

1) By a «clinical» deep lying forward i meant someone who has good finishing and composure… i wanted a young striker who developes in the future, so i cant search the requirements cause hes attribute might be low right now and i dont know if he would develop into a world class player…
2) I have Jovetic with my Arsenal save, he scored 36 goals in 41 matches and also was the leading goal scorer in the league… and he played half of the games as an attacking mid… so it doesnt entirely depend on the role of that player, it also depends on the instructions you give the player and the team…
now it again comes to being clinical.. Jovetic couldnt have scored that much if he wasnt clinical… so that makes him a «clinical» deep lying forward…

I see, well Alcacer would be an option then, or even Fierro. We haven’t profiled a deep lying forward that is clinical in front of goal as yet, so you’d need to find the nearest thing which is probably these two.

Both very similar TBH, it would vary from save to save and both need developing in different ways, but looking at this future profile he could well be.

I had Cavani as a deep lying forward on support on a Tottenham save. He scored over 20 goals in PL.

And I’m sure you could say the same for Messi, Ronaldo and Falcao but most gamers can’t afford them, the sort of players that score in any role, they are so limited.
TBH I think your comment sums it up, one of the best strikers in the world should be scoring more than 20 in the PL so obviously that role doesn’t get the most out of prolific strikers, which was my point.
The only player I got to do decent in deep lying forward was Jovetic with Arsenal, he got around 20 goals but anyone below world class just didn’t score enough.

He is such a bag of potential, Ademilson was my first love in Fm13 but Paco is my new one, bought him at the start of the second season and he made a few appearances, the season after he started 20 games as Aguero suffered an injury and he did impress right away.

I disagree, you have to sum up what he will bring to the table and re-sale value when looking at asking prices, which makes this kid well priced IMO.
