This FM 2013 Player Profile of Kelvin shows a good prospect. Kelvin develops great pace, excellent technical skills and has all the makings of a strong poacher. He does fall a little short of top class but is certainly worth the risk for £6 million. With good management this kid could develop that little bit beyond the screenshots above to be a really good prospect.

I haven’t tried him myself, I think his development in my test save was a little underwhelming due to poor CPU management so would be interesting to see how he grows under proper supervision.

The league is irrelevant, it would come down to what you need in your tactic. I would probably prefer him to Batshuayi but they are both different types of players really so its hard to compare.
