James Rodriguez is one of the best inside forwards FM13 has to offer. He can play centrally or out wide on the left and boasts a unique skill set. In my test save he enjoys 17 technique, crossing, long shots, creativity, composure and agility. Not to mention a few 18’s in passing, first touch and flair. To cap it all off he has good finishing and physical attributes. The real finished article and a deadly machine. All this for a very reasonable £17.5 million.

I think that’s key and what makes him one of the best inside forwards almost every save, his CA is so good that even the AI would be daft not to give him 1st team football.

I agree and even more shocking is the asking price, I avoided this profile for too long thinking Porto would demand upwards of £30 million.

He was horrible in my Monaco save. I played him as an AMC and eventually dropped him he played so bad. After 16 games he had only 1 goal and 0 assists! Vastly overrated on this game in my opinion.

That’s a shame but there is the flip side that lots of people have loved this guy too…I personally never use an AMC purely because they always seem to be marked out of the game.

Officially its meant to be AMC but if you struggle to get that position working in general then AML inside forward should certainly work yes.

This kid may fit in trequarista role but i’ve never get the chance to try, since i’ve updated the transfers of monaco, ligue 1, financial status and reputation copy paste from PSG so the teams i manage may have lower reputation than 8500 i think, cause he’s always unrealistic for me that’s a shame :(. Secondly, i changed this boy’s natural position from amc to amr where he plays IRL and there they can get the best out of him as an inside forward i believe.

Probably Bale but comes down to personal choice and budgets also.
