This FM 2013 player profile of Carlos Carbonero shows a cheap young striker, a Colombian lad that could become the complete forward you need in your team. You can get him for just 4.3 million at the start of the game and that is a very good price considering his talent. The only drawback is that he probably won’t get a work permit, in case you manage an English club.
He ended up at CSKA Moscow in my test save and his value went up to 15.5 million pounds after a few decent seasons in Russia. The lad is both strong and quick, has decent technique and heading, plus very good mental attributes.

I think he could become better, not by much I guess but definitely better.
