Summary
I utilise ball playing defenders and Ajer is first on my shortlist, every save. A hard tackling, aerially dominant player, Ajer can pick a pass and carry the ball out from defence. A driven leader this kids got it all, technique, personality and great potential.
Commanding £20 million Ajer is a threat attacking set pieces and asset defending them. To think the Norwegian could feature as a playmaker or box to box midfielder adds yet more value. I like to judge a player by his attribute wheel and you won’t find many more rounded wonderkids in FM20.
