This FM 2014 player profile of Matej Vydra shows a true poacher, lightening fast, great off the ball and has potential to become a deadly finisher. In my test save Vydra’s physical attributes can’t be denied, unbelievable pace and acceleration with good agility serve him well. Those mental attributes develop very well too with great off the ball movement and anticipation he also gained good anticipation and creativity which can’t be underrated. Finishing could be higher with focused training but don’t be put off by those technical attributes, the other strengths mentioned more than make up for that as shown from Vydra’s time at Inter Milan.

If you get in there quick the Czech can be purchased for as little as £2.5 million. The transfer won’t go through during that first season but he’s worth waiting for in my opinion.
