This FM 2014 player profile of Duvan Zapata shows an all round striker with beastly physical attributes and a potentially deadly finish. If you can offer game time and patience Zapata can develop into an all round forward very suitable for the awkward 4-2-3-1, he should be able to bully the opposition, accelerate away from the last man and even dominate in the air. When you consider he could be a poacher, target man, or advanced forward its clear Zapata has versatility.

In my test save both Juventus and Spur’s showed an interest. The Italian club didn’t offer Zapata enough game time to truly show what hes capable of, but Tottenham did and are now reaping the rewards. After a few slow seasons the Colombian scored 22 goals and finished top scorer in England for 2019/20. At £7.5 million I think hes worth a gamble, not only capable of a goal every other game but he can do a job for the team leading the line.
