This FM 2013 player profile of Andrea Bertolacci shows a cheap central midfielder, one that can become a reliable asset in the middle of the pitch. He is co-owned by Genoa and Roma at the start of the game but you gen get him quite cheap, all you have to do is pay 2.5 million to each of the two clubs.

The future profile shows good development from this player, he becomes a pretty good central midfielder by any standards. His passing is almost flawless, has decent speed, good first touch and excellent mental attributes (creativity, decisions, off the ball, work rate). I guess 5 million is a small price to pay for a midfielder of such quality and with no real weakness.
