Signing world class players is always an attractive proposition on Football Manager.
Despite their talent, youngsters are often incapable of performing at the highest level from a tender age. However, certain players are ready to be called upon right away.
Here at Football Manager Story, we look at some of the top goalkeeper wonderkids.
Alex Meret
The 22-year-old Italian goalkeeper is already being tipped to be the next Buffon.
Napoli paid big money for Meret back in 2018 and he would be a superb long term signing for most clubs in the game.
Meret had impressive stats in FM19 and he will be an exciting prospect in this year’s installment as well.
Alexander Nubel
The 23-year-old has already carved out a place for himself in Schalke’s first team and he is one of the best young keepers around Europe.
The German is not only a good shot-stopper. He is a leader as well with impressive mental attributes.
He was appointed as the club captain earlier this year.
Alban Lafont
The 20-year-old Frenchman is highly rated around Europe and he has plenty of first team experience for a player of his age.
He was a regular starter in Ligue 1 for Toulouse and then he managed to hold down a starting berth at Fiorentina.
Lafont is on loan at Nantes now and he should prove to be a terrific addition for the future. He has all the tools to develop into a world class keeper.
