We’ve looked at the clubs around the globe and picked out which have the best ratings for Youth Coaching, Youth Facilities and Youth Recruitment and then rated them from One Star to Five Stars.

Each club has a rating between 1-20 for each category. No team has 20 for all three, and the top three rated sides have a 20 for at least one. For context, CSKA Sofia, bottom of the list have 20/20 for Recruitment, but 15 and under for the other two.

It is to be expected, since they will have the pick of the Bulgarian talent.
