Marc Stendera should be one of many potential FM 2016 wonderkids. A midfield maestro operating behind the front man, Stendera is sometimes refereed too as the mini Gotze. Marc is one of the potential FM 2016 wonderkids rated at ‘148’ potential in the current game, reasonable but not befitting of his potential come the new release. I’d expect an increase for FM 2016 to -9 flexible or a fixed PA above 160.
Known for his excellent ball control, passing ability and deadly strike Stendera is a one club player. Only during 2014/15 did he consistently break into the Eintracht Frankfurt first team, but he did so with a bang. 26 appearances, 3 goals and 6 assists turned heads and this was followed up with an outstanding display at the FIFA U20 World Cup. Stendera scored 4 goals and assisted 4 in five games for Germany.
If you count all youth and reserve appearances Stendera has scored 37 goals and assisted 9 from 96 appearances for Frankfurt.
What should we expect from this FM 2016 wonderkid? Probably best used as an AMC with the role of advanced playmaker. Finishing should be reasonable with composure around the same, passing should be excellent along with decent dribbling and physical ability. I think we should expect good flair and round off with some excellent set piece taking and long shot ability. In a nutshell, I am hoping Stendera can grow into the next Gotze.
