The FM 2016 player profile of Hector Bellerin shows one of the best right backs in the game, extremely fast and hard-working. Buying him from Arsenal is nearly impossible at the start of the game, unless you have 200 million pounds to spend. He probably won’t ever be transfer listed, at least not until he’ll be 33 years old or something like that.

His ability is already very good at the start of the game but there is also some margin for progress, not huge but it’s there. What impresses is his speed, he can storm past just about anybody on his flank, creating chances for his team mates. I have played with Arsenal for a season and this lad had the most assists in the whole team, more than Ozil and Cazorla.

In my test save he remained at Arsenal throughout and he didn’t develop as much as I thought he would. With a bit of work he surely can improve his technique and crossing, and assigning an experienced tutor might help him with his mental attributes too.
