This FM 2015 player profile of Vaclav Cerny shows a deadly inside forward with potentially blistering speed and excellent ability on the ball. At just 16 years of age you can approach this kid, activating a release clause of £1.95 million, but act fast as Ajax will offer him a deal. In my test save he gained outstanding dribbling, acceleration and agility with a handy finish, first touch and all round technical ability from long shots to passing. Later in the save Cerny scored 11 goals one season for Norwich, then 16 goals for Bayern and 6 for Manchester City. He notched up £79.5 million in transfer fees and played for two of the best teams in Europe.

Most certainly best used as an inside forward, you want to take advantage of that silky dribbling and ability to carry the ball at pace. Cerny is also quite adaptable in other positions, all in all a no brainer.
