This FM 2015 player profile of Bilal Ould-Chikh shows a very talented and very young right winger, a lad that can become a top player in a few years. The even better news is that you can get him for a low fee at the start of the game, and I think you should do that because afterwards most of the top clubs in Europe would get interested in him.

In my test save he moved to Chelsea for just above 10 million in 2016 and then to Manchester United for nearly 45 million! That big-money move happened despite a few unconvincing seasons with the Blues, just a few league appearances for him. At Old Trafford he really managed to shine though, became a first-team regular and contributed plenty of goals and assists.

His future profile shows a right winger with great speed, very good vision and off the ball movement plus excellent technique. A real bargain for 900K I’d say.
