This FM 2014 player profile of Serge Aurier shows a quick wing back, solid defensively but possessing enough attacking intent if developed well. In my test save Aurier peaked at Toulouse with 12 assists in his last season, then moved to Barcelona and gained reasonable average ratings with one of the worlds top clubs. He has good physique, not only fast but strong and very fit, he works hard, possess’ great defensive attributes and even develops good crossing ability.
There are better options and while £10 million isn’t too bad I’d personally want to see if that fee falls a little.
