This FM 2014 player profile of Fabio Bertoli shows a very young central midfielder from Italy, quite talented and very cheap to get at the start of the game. You don’t even need to worry about his club, just approach to sign him directly and you will have to pay just 512K in compensation. His initial ability isn’t much but his potential is definitely worth a lot more than that price tag.

He developed very well in my test save, moved to Olympiakos right away, then to Copenhagen, then Malaga and eventually made the big move to Champions League winners PSG. His profile at the age of 23 shows a midfielder with great strength, jumping and speed, very agile as well for a player of that stature. The mental attributes are still under development at that age but his determination and work rate are already impressive. He is also good on the technical side, good first touch and technique plus very good shooting from distance. If you have 500K to spare then this lad is a pretty good bet.
