This FM 2014 player profile of Elio Capradossi shows a young central defender with solid potential, he can become the quick centre back that you need. Roma are willing to let him go for 4 million pounds at the start of the game, not exactly cheap considering his initial ability but worth it if you consider his potential.
In my test save Roma loaned him out for a couple of seasons before keeping him in the squad for another pair of seasons. Then they sold him to Inter where he became a first team regular. His future profile shows a central defender with great speed plus solid strength and defending attributes.
