This FM 2014 player profile of Alessio Romagnoli shows a very talented young central defender from the Italian school, you can get him from Roma for 9.5 million pounds at the start of the game. It would be a good investment considering his progress in my test save.
Roma sold him for 12.25 million to Sampdoria after a couple of seasons and they probably regretted that as Romagnoli became a household name in the Italian national team. He developed well-balanced physical attributes, good strength and speed as well, solid mental attributes and good defensive technical attributes as well. If you need a defender that is both strong and fairly quick then Romagnoli should be one of your choices.
