This FM 2013 player profile of Juan Jesus shows a complete centre back that you can get for a fairly reasonable price at the start of the game. Juan Jesus is already an almost finished article at the age of 21, you can buy him and send him right into the first eleven if needed because he has just about everything a centre back needs. You might want to work a bit on his heading though and passing could need a boost if you want him to play the ball nicely out of defence.

In my test save he ended up at Schalke for 7 million after a few in and out seasons at Inter. I think he can develop better than this future profile if taken care of and if you give him first team football right away. The starting price is 10 million pounds, not a bargain I guess but still a pretty good deal for a player of this calibre.
