This FM 2013 player profile of Agustin Allione shows a bright young prospect from Argentina, a cheap 17-year old winger that can become a reliable asset on that flank. You can get him for just 3 million at the start of the game and the good news if you manage an English club is he will also get a work permit (upon appeal). He has good speed and technique at that age but he can make a lot of progress, as the future screen shot demonstrates.

In my test save he ended up at Dinamo Moscow and his value at the age of 24 went up to a healthy 15.5 million. His speed improved even further while he also refined his technique, dribbling and free kick taking along with the natural progress in his mental attributes. So he is a very good man to buy if you need to manufacture yourself a right winger but he’s not a team player and his work rate is also below par. I don’t think you can find much better right wingers at that age for 3 million though.
