Flex Skin for Football Manager 2009
This is one of the skins that I like best, Flex Skin, created by SmurfDude. Here is how it looks, but please note that I use custom background images, with English stadium pictures.

How to install
Extract the rar file to \My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\skins (if there is no “skins” folder create one yourself). Start your game and go to preferences / display & sound and choose your new skin. Press confirm and your skin should load.
