I’m pretty happy with the FM 2013 default skin but I know that some of you like their FM 2013 skin dark. I think I found the right choice for you: the Steklo X3 skin, made by the legendary Tom Dixon. It’s easy to install and it also gives you the possibility to choose from various backgrounds and also to choose between various levels of opacity. But first let’s see how FM 2013 looks like with this skin installed.

After you install the skin you will notice a small button on the top left, as shown in the screen shot below.
If you click that button you will be able to choose from various backgrounds and also set the level of opacity that you like the most, you can choose 2o%, 40%, 60% or 80%.

How to install FM 2013 dark skin
1. Extract the downloaded file to Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2013 > skins. If the «skins» folder doesn’t exist, just create it yourself. For extracting the file I recommend using a free program called 7-zip.
2. Go to your game preferences and select the skin from the drop-down menu, as shown in the screen shot below.
