FM 2014 Gino Peruzzi career stats

This FM 2014 Player Profile of Gino Peruzzi shows a full back with amazing mental attributes, better than most in FM 2014. The young Argentine also develops great physical attributes, tackling and marking all of which are vital for any full back. Peruzzi’s attributes seem very defensive based, he can attack but he’s world class in his defensive duties, so I feel a role of limited full back would be best.

£32 million isn’t a fair reflection of his true asking price, Catania just signed the kid so that will drop very soon.

Bought this guy for 17m season 2 for man utd and sold Rafael to PSG for 40m and Peruzzi finished second in the Ballon d’Or voting behind messi and ahead of Ronaldo.

The further in game you get the more his class is clear, probably one of the best full backs if trained well.

He’s even better than Cesar Azpilicueta after 2 seasons if you manage to train him properly

I can imagine that being the case, he didn’t develop to his best here by any means.

only 8,5 rating? This guy is a living terror on the right hand side, possibly the best DMR in the game …he always ends up in either MCity or PSG in my saves

We have to rate based on starting price and the screenshots we have, I think its common sense that would be the reason for the rating. But I have upped it another half because he can be brilliant, but won’t be anymore than that due to the price and our screenshots I’m afraid.

Amazing last year and, thankfully, he is this year too. I remember watching him keeping a certain kid called Neymar in his pocket for 180 minutes over two ties in the 2012 Copa Libertadores. I’m just glad he didn’t sign for Sunderland…

Yeah he’s certainly one of the best defenders again this year.

  • comment avatar Retroactive February 12, 2014

Quite possibly the best RB/RWB in the game.

Has anybody been able to land this guy for less than 30 million in the transfer market?

    • comment avatar Darren Smith February 28, 2014

He’s always been snapped up before I have had the funds to try.

I know the feeling Darren. I saved up 15million for him in my Barca save bcos Alves wanted to leave. As soon as I make my bid, Monaco step in with a whopping 35 million offer and before I know it, he’s gone. Guess I’ll just have to start with Monaco/PSG next time if I want to get the likes of Peruzzi in my team.
