Phil Jones profile aged 27 in the year 2019

Phil Jones career history until 2019

This FM 2013 player profile of Phil Jones shows one of the best young defenders in Football Manager 2013. Unfortunately he doesn’t come cheap, Manchester United want less than 30 million for him at the start of the game and, even more important, the player doesn’t want to leave Old Trafford (at least he didn’t want to join Arsenal when I tried to sign him). However, you should add him to your shortlist right away and hope that he will want to leave at some point, you will get yourself a formidable centre back. The future screenshot from 2019 shows just how good he can become, and I guess he can develop even more with the right guidance. He bagged 78 international caps until the age of 27, I guess that says a lot about his quality. Phil Jones is strong, quick, he can tackle and even play a decent pass. Moreover, his mental attributes are just short of extraterrestrial. You might want to work a bit on his jumping though.

Best buy rating: 9.5/10

I got him to Everton after first year for 17, and he agreed 52K wage. He was unhappy but i think it’s games bug, MU gives up him to easily and he agrees to go from MU to Everton that’s ridiculous. And using him with Kirchhoff and they are great together.

What are Libor Kozak and Kweuke like in the future? I have them both at Swansea in season 1 and they are playing well just wondering what they are like further on

based on his stats isn’t it better to convert him as defensive midfielder instead??

Thanks johnny caulker didnt want to move and I signed Danny maguire from Sheffield united and Danny Batth. A bit off topic but Barkley or will Hughes for Amc advanced playmaker support

They both have bright future but will needs more time to reach his potential on the other hand he is cheaper. His work rate and team work is a little bit better you can teach these and my opinion 13-14 team work isn’t enough for an advance playmaker, my criteria is at least 17.

Amazing defender I released Rio after first season nd Jones became my first choice cb for United alongside Yanga Mbiwa. Is Varane gonna get a profile he’s looking quite good on mine in 3rd season

Last year both varane and jones were having nearly equal attributes. They were easily wonderkids but both were not profiled. This year jones has got him in your criteria, hope varane will be profiled soon.

You can pick this guy up for around 18£ at the start of the game if you are a pretty decent club, Arsenal, Real etc. I’d say that Jones is a must buy for that price, just as Alaba is. I happen to buy those two guys each game I start. Also because of both guys versatility

Got Phil Jones for 8.5m pounds in season 4 of my Atletico Madrid save. Absolute bargain. He makes an awesome defensive duo with Kurt Zouma!!
