Another Spanish maestro ! First of all, Pedro has the potential to far exceed the level above. He reaches a really good level in the screenshots but under human management he can be exceptional. Good first touch, technique, dribbling, great passing, strength, stamina and natural fitness make him a very good DLP, the not so good pace would nail him down as a DLP too, but all his attributes can be improved under your management. For £8m you are getting yourself a very promising midfielder who can grow to be a world class player, well worth it I think. I cant make his rating any higher due to the screenshots though.

Best buy rating: 8/10

    He looks really good!

Saw him play against Juventus and Napoli, the Samp youngsters held their own against mighty midfields (like Napoli’s trio of Marek Hamsik, Valon Behrami and Gokhan Inler)

Either the future screenshot is from the old patch and the start screenshot from the new one, in which case SI corrected his nationality. Or, he has dual nationality and decided to play for the other nation so it changed from Spanish.
